Content has been updated since the last live deployment of the website, plus a few additions:
- Online Registration – To accept Event sign-ups or school enrollments online with secure payment processing via Paypal. There are three links to this on the Home page and one at the top-right of the Header of each inside page.
- Blog (this page) – The idea is to dedicate a page to share essays, articles, time-sensitive information, and other full-length piece of writing among members and with site visitors. A comment section (at the bottom) allows viewers to post reactions. NOTE: You must be registered and logged in to post a comment.
- Forum – This is an online “bulletin board” that is shorter than a Blog but a longer version of a chat. It’s a common “sticky note” type of interactive exchange. This write-up probably belonged in the Forum page but I wrote it here as a test.
- Albums – A collection of songs, photos and videos. Please feel free to send in other collections you want to publish. NOTE: All pictures are hosted by www.flickr.com while videos are hosted by www.veoh.com. This is “standard” practice for reasons of hard drive space – these sites have enormous storage capability because that’s what they’re designed for.
- Membership Directory – A more ideal way to display the pre-formatted document on the page itself is being designed. Stay tuned.
- Newsletter – This is done through RSS Feeds. Subscribers will receive emails in the form of a newsletter. The sign-up link for this service is at the bottom of the Home page.
As mentioned, feedback is necessary to improve and maintain the site.
