TUITION POLICY
Tuition$240.00 per student for each 3-month term, Jan-Dec ($120.00 for the Kupuna Class)
$320.00 for the 4-month session, Mar-Jun ($160.00 for the Kupuna Class)
Due DateBy or before the first class of each term. Cancelled check represents receipt of payment.
DiscountsA discount is provided to each family member (grandparent, parent or added sibling) enrolled in the same term.

An additional fee of $1.00 per day will be imposed for late payments received seven (7) calendar days following the first class. Payments not made at class must be received at 4309 Holmehurst Way West, Bowie, MD 20720, to avoid further penalty. The late fee will also be assessed for each separate payment under financial assistance plans granted by the board.
Returned ChecksA $40.00 fee will be charged for each returned check.
RefundsRefund requests must be submitted to the Board for consideration on a case-by-case basis.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCEPolicyFinancial assistance is available to families whose ability to pay tuition is limited. The school looks to keep students enrolled without financial obstacles.
ProcedureInitial verbal request may be directed to any Board member with Board action recorded in writing. For administrative/bookkeeping purposes, requests are to be submitted at least two weeks prior to the requested school term. All requests will be considered and dealt with in a confidential, case-by-case basis.
